HOW IT WORKS

the drop model

every design is a drop — released once, in an edition of exactly five numbered pieces. piece 01 is permanently archived and never sold. pieces 02–05 are the only ones available, claimed by the first four members to complete checkout on drop day.

creating an account

go to sign up, enter your email, choose a username, set a password, and accept the terms. we’ll email a 6-digit code to verify your identity (two-factor auth is on by default and keeps your account secure). you’ll need an account to join waitlists, buy pieces, or transfer ownership.

joining a waitlist

browse shop and tap Join Waitlist on any drop you want. on drop day we email everyone on the waitlist a one-time drop password. the first four members to use that password at checkout claim pieces 02–05. no waitlist = no cart.

checkout & payment

the cart only opens on drop day, once you have the drop password. each piece has its own Stripe Payment Link — one payment per link, so the cap of four buyers is enforced automatically. payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card details.

receiving your piece

your piece ships with an NFC authenticity card. tap it with any phone to open its public authenticity page — proof it’s genuine, with no owner details shown. a separate registry-update code lets you verify or transfer ownership off-platform.

transferring a piece

go to account → transfer. confirm the piece, enter the recipient’s username, acknowledge the warning (transfers can’t be undone), then confirm with your password. we email you a one-time transfer code — share it with the recipient. they enter it at account → receive and the piece moves to their inventory. you can optionally log the sale price; it feeds the public resale market.

the market

market shows live resale prices for every piece, built from logged sale prices on each transfer. tap any piece for its full candlestick price chart, all-time high/low, like & dislike, and a comment thread. price history is tied to the piece — never to any owner.

leaderboard

leaderboard ranks members by pieces currently owned. tap a username to see their collection with photos. all-time history is also shown. only usernames appear — no emails or real names.

custom orders

want something bespoke? email info@clearancestore.cc to enquire about a custom piece — include a brief description and your preferred contact method (WhatsApp or FaceTime). We'll WhatsApp or FaceTime, leave your contact and a brief design description, and we’ll confirm a video call with the studio.

your data

we collect only what the service needs. shipping addresses are deleted within 15 days of dispatch. you can request complete erasure of all your data at any time — see the full terms & data page.
